Who We Are

Who We Are

INFSPL (Intellectual Investments & Financial Services Pvt Ltd) is a Pune-based financial advisory firm helping startups, SMEs, MSMEs and large enterprises across India build stronger, more compliant and better-funded businesses.

We were founded by Dinesh Jain, a Chartered Accountant and growth strategist with 25+ years of experience, and Kapil Kalyani, who brings 21+ years across entrepreneurship and corporate roles. Together, they built INFSPL around one idea: business owners deserve senior-level financial expertise, without having to build an in-house team for it.

From validating your first business idea to preparing for an IPO, our experts guide you through registration, Virtual CFO services, tax & compliance, fundraising, valuation, M&A and legal advisory — all under one roof, backed by our network of investors, banks, NBFCs and professionals.

We don't just advise. We stay by your side as your business grows.
