-Statutory & Internal Auditing.
-Preparation of Annual Financial Statements with Audit Report.
-Compliances related to Direct & Indirect Taxation.
-Special Investigation in Financial Matters.
-Cost Accountancy & Management Consultancy etc.
2. Company Secretary (CS) services includes:
-Taking care in respect of preparation of all the Secretarial Records like Compliances
related to Board of Directors, Shareholders Meeting including Annual General Body Meeting.
-Timely Filing of all the Statutory Returns, Formation of Company/LLP with other
related Documents etc.
3. Lawyer / Advocate services includes:
-Legal Advice & representation to their Clients.
-Negotiate & Settlement.

C. The professional services can be availed on a one-time basis, monthly, or yearly basis as per the requirement of the business.
Our Scope of Services:
- In detail discussion with the Founder/Business owner to understand the requirement and accordingly the scope of services is defined from the required professional.
- Preparation of detailed Scope of Services Mandate and Sharing with the Founders/Business Owners for their review and approval.
- Timely review is being conducted to ensure all the required tasks are adhered to as per agreement.
- If at all there is any change required in the scope of services due to changes in the nature of business, govt. policies or other reason/s then revision in the scope is also done.
