Dinesh Jain is a Chartered Accountant and Business Growth Strategist with over 25+ years of experience in the financial domain, having held multiple leadership roles across sectors. He believes in delivering real, on-time value for every business he works with.

His expertise in investment banking spans:

• Growth strategy advisory — guiding enterprises from early growth through to a successful IPO or fundraise
• Virtual Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services
• Financial advisory for critical business decisions
• Structuring debt instruments (OCDs, OCRPS, CCPS, NCDs, etc.)
