1. Equity Funding involves selling a portion of a Company's Equity Stake (Partnership Stakes) as “Equity Shares” in return for funding/capital at a mutually decided value of the Company.
2. Convertible note funding is a type of short-term debt instrument that can be used to raise capital, which converts into equity at a later stage, typically during a future funding round.
3. Debt financing involves the borrowing of money and paying it back with interest.
